Hiya guys,Has anyone already encountered this? The kick-door is not as wide as the blocks in the floor, and once kicked open, Lara cannot only walk 'through' the doorway, she can also walk through the small space next to the kick-door. Best regards, Striffelbuur.

There is an object that you place around the door I believe it is debris0. It is a door frame that the kick-door sits in.Try and see if it helps.------------------ Never give-up! unless the situation is hopeless:) IP: Logged |

Cool! It would appear that Debris0 is indeed intended for use around the kick-door... Thanks! Striffelbuur. IP: Logged |

Alas, do you know how to make a debris object opaque (as in: an obstacle which Lara cannot pass)? Although debris0 fits perfectly around the kick-door, Lara can still walk through this wall once the kick-door is open... Thanks, Striffelbuur.

You could save yourselves a lot of trouble if you would look at how things are set up in the example levels..that is why they are on the disc. Also, be sure to check the individual WAD discriptions...it tells you in city.was you must use debris6 with the kick door and gives you the room number to go check it out in the City of the Dead level......IP: Logged |

You have to kick it in from the right direction; place the kickdoor on the square Lara will enter once the door has been kicked in, and you'll find that the door works perfectly... Best regards, Striffelbuur.

the info on this page is a big buggy *giggle*Kick doors: 1) they can only be used in DOOR PORTALS. You can't put them anywhere or you will get the falling through the floor and/or the invisible wall bug (entry from the wrong side). 2) You need three extra objects. The debris object frame and the 2 other black debris objects to block Lara from walking through the space in the wall. The bug then I can't find the answer too, is that the colour TINT doesn't work on these objects!! So you have to hack the textures to get the colours you want using STRPIX. B C-ing U MIRAI... Which 3 objects are you referring to? Is the debris object you mention by any chance debris0? And what are the other 2 objects? Thanks very much in advance, Best regards, Striffelbuur.
